Tropically Delicious' earrings were created using the same Seed Bead
weaving technique, Spiral Weave, as the necklaces in this collection. I
chose a beautiful hypoallergenic(Nickel-free) Sterling Silver post inlaid
with a stone called Marcasite. The beads featured at the bottom are
called Millifiori (1/2 in) and were made in Milan, Italy. These earrings are
2 in. long.
These are Sophia's earrings. They were created using the Seed Bead
weaving technique called Spiral Weave. The featured beads are Hand
blown and Hand painted lampwork beads created in the Czech republic.
I chose to hang them from hypoallergenic (Nickel-free) hammered
Sterling Silver posts. They are 1 1/2 in. long
Jillianne's earrings. These earrings were created when I figured out a way to take
the Circular Netting technique I used to make My Beaded Beads used to create the
necklaces, in this collection,  and use it to create something flat. It took a lot of time
to get it right but the result is beautiful! These are 1 in. wide and 3 in. long

Victorian Vines collection- Grace unlike the rest of the collection was inspired by a photo
of a Tropical Beach. It was inspired by an underwater photo. I was struck by the concept
of everything being enveloped by the blue water and everything, under the water, being
highlighted by the sunlight. The technique used to create these earrings is called Branch
Fringe and the thread used is called Power-pro. Its a professional quality beading thread.
The hammered look Sterling Silver posts on these earrings are Nickel-free, which makes
them hypoallergenic. One earring is 3in. and the other is 2in. that way each one is unique
Victorian Vines collection- Kami- This beautiful shade of purple is
called Tanzanite. Its a deep rich bluish purple and some call it hot
purple because its a little bright. The technique used to create these
earrings is call Branch Fringe. The thread used is called Power-pro. Its
a professional quality beading thread.  Not only are these Sterling
Silver Rose posts beautiful but they are hypoallergenic (Nickel-free).
One earring is 3in. and the other is 2in. that way each one is unique.
Victorian Vines collection- Kilauea- The inspiration for these earrings came
from photos of volcanoes. I loved and was inspired by the colors I saw in
the molten lava. When I found these topaz colored Seed Beads lined
with red, I knew exactly what to do with them. The technique used to
create these earrings is called Branch  Fringe. Not only are these Sterling
Silver Rose posts beautiful but they are hypoallergenic (Nickel-free). One
earring is 3in. and the other is 2in. that way each one is unique.
Victorian Vines collection- These Olive-n-green earrings were created using a technique
called Branch Fringe. The color choice came as from a desire to create earrings using these
beautiful orange beads but also wanting to tone them down with a soft shade of green.
The result is a perfect balance of colors. Not only are these Sterling Silver Rose posts
beautiful but they are hypoallergenic (Nickel-free). One earring is 3in. and the other is 2in.
that way each one is unique.
Victorian Vines collection- Onions-n-peppers- You guessed it! I was cooking
and loved the contrast of the onions and peppers used in my recipe.
Imagine my surprise when I found beads that were the color of onions! It
makes a beautiful combo. The technique I used is called Branch Fringe.
Not only are these Sterling Silver Rose posts beautiful but they are
hypoallergenic (Nickel-free). One earring is 3in. and the other is 2in. that
way each one is unique.
Victorian Vines collection-  Jamilla was inspired by a color combo worn by a dancer in a
movie called Kismet. There are times when a seed of inspiration is planted and looking back
after a piece is finished, I remember where the seed came from. The technique used here is
called Branch Fringe.
Not only are these Sterling Silver Rose posts beautiful but they are hypoallergenic
(Nickel-free). One earring is 3in. and the other is 2in. that way each one is unique.
Vivaldi style- "Midnight Lace" is another piece inspired by a
movie. This one stared Doris Day. There are so many things
that inspire us to create and there was one little scene where
she was in the moonlight and those colors stayed with me
until they appeared in these earrings.
Vivaldi style- "Spring Fling" was created on a gloomy day when there was
no sunshine and everything had a gray tint to it. I felt a longing for
sunshine, green grass and chose beads in colors that complimented those
two. Then for sparkle, I added clear iridescent beads. The base was created
using Victorian Netting and embellished using Beaded Embroidery.
Because I want each earring to be a single piece of Art, I made one earring
3 1/2 in. and the other 2 1/2 in. Some of my customers will wear one of
these earrings and a plain earring in the other ear.
Vivaldi style-" Peachiekeen" was inspired by my love for this color combo. Its one
of my favorites. It looks great on most complexions because it enhances your color
tone. I love creating with these colors and watching the reaction when someone
tries the piece on and realizes how good this color combo looks on them. These
earrings were created using Swarovski crystals, Czech pressed glass (flowers and
seed beads).
